We are pleased to introduce Allyson West, our newest team member who will serve as the Parole Reentry Court Coordinator for the new Reentry Court starting today at the Superior Court of San Francisco. Allyson will oversee all programmatic responsibilities for this Collaborative Court.
Background: Allyson is the Founder and current Executive Director of the California Reentry Program at San Quentin. She oversees case management pre-release and is responsible for recruiting volunteers, raising funds, managing the program and working with prison administration and staff. Allyson also served on a state-wide task force recommending improvements to reentry services at the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, as well as the Advisory Board on Rentry to the CDCR Education Department.
Her experience and knowledge in the area of reentry is remarkable and will benefit our programs immensely. We are so thrilled to have her as a part of our team!
