Federal "Drug Czar" Visits San Francisco Community Justice Center

Several years ago, US federal "drug czar" Gil Kerlikowske added the community court model -- along with drug courts -- to the National Drug Control Strategy as a tool for linking addicted offenders to treatment.

Yesterday he visited the San Francisco Community Justice Center to follow up on a previous visit to the Red Hook Community Justice Center. The following story offers details:
