Judge Stephen Manley, Superior Court Judge in Santa Clara County was the recipient of the 2010
William T. Rossiter Award by the Forensic Mental Health Association of California (FMHAC). With over 30 years on the bench he was honored for his exceptional global contribution to the field of Forensic Mental Health.
