Today at the 6th annual Heroes & Hearts fundraiser luncheon for San Francisco General Hospital Foundation, Judge Morgan was one of four recipients of the Heroes Award for her exceptional service in Behavioral Health Court and mental health policy in San Francisco and statewide. We are so proud of you Judge Morgan!
